K. Javai (Kyazia Javai) is a producer and voiceover artist with over a decade of experience in digital media. She is particularly passionate about projects that use compelling storytelling to lessen the burden of knowledge, quality of life, and social-determinant influenced health outcomes faced by the African American community.
K. Javai is a two-time Xavier University of Louisiana graduate, receiving her MPH in Health Equity and a BS in Biology. Her experience in academia as a researcher and public health practitioner provides a unique combination of skills that can be leveraged for a wide range of creative projects.
Currently, she is attending professional school, on an MD/PhD track, for a dual career as a physician-scientist with a biomedical research focus on historically marginalized populations. In her spare time, you can find K. Javai involved in one of her many hobbies, including dancing, powerlifting, and baking.
